The "R & D and application demonstration of intelligent and efficient control equipment for ultra-low emission of multi pollutants in the flue gas of the iron and steel industry" project is a key R & D plan project of Shandong Province led by Guoshun group and jointly completed by Zhejiang University, Shandong University, Shandong Architecture University, China University of Petroleum (East China) and Shandong ecological environment monitoring center. The project is based on the urgent needs of green development of the iron and steel industry, It has developed high-efficiency denitration technology and equipment for coordinated regulation of flue gas temperature and quality, developed multi pollutant removal enhancement technology and equipment coupled with absorption, charging and condensation, developed quantitative characterization of colored plumes and low concentration pollutant testing technology, and created a high-efficiency coordinated treatment system and intelligent regulation technology for flue gas multi pollutants, Solved the problems of stable ultra-low emission of flue gas pollutants and energy-saving optimization and control in iron and steel production process under complex fuel / raw materials and working conditions.

The project has published 31 papers, including 30 sci/ei papers; One doctoral student and 16 master's students were introduced, and 200 new jobs were created; Cultivate 56 master and doctoral students and high-level talents; It has been approved as "Shandong provincial industrial flue gas multi pollution ultra-low emission Engineering Research Center" and two provincial innovation platforms of Shandong Post Doctoral innovation practice base; In the past three years, the leading unit of the project has increased the output value in this field by 1010075700 yuan, increased the profit by 143001600 yuan and increased the tax by 45.8269 million yuan.
